Summary
Kagura Total Security is a company that captures phantom cats, who seem to have the ability to control computers and other electronics. One day, a terrorist group steals a good phantom cat because she has some useful information they need. Thus begins the journey of the Kagura Total Security- Get Back the Kitty!
Review
Geobreeders has a fairly thin plot and the characters aren't fully developed. It's based off a manga, and some of the characters motivations aren't really explained and neither are the existance of phantom cats or their purpose. However, you don't need to have read the manga before you watch it. Even with it's shortcomings, it proves to be an enjoyable show.
Geobreeders has a lot of action. The phantom cats can take human form, and they keep attacking the people of Kagura Total Security. There are many explosions and the phantom cats seem to never stop from coming! The characters are enjoyable and really help make the show that much better.
The opening and ending are kinda catchy and the background music fits whats going on. The animation looks better than the average OVA and it has good character designs. Lots of bullets flying and huge explosions - animated beautifully!
Geobreeders tell a complete story that is packed with tons of action, lots of cute girls and some fanservice. This show was just a lot of fun to watch. Recommended.

Violence
There is quite a bit of violence involving the phatom cats and one of the characters goes crazy with her guns and blows up lots of stuff. They get shot a lot with guns but there is never any blood.
Sex
A phantom cat in her human form is shown topless resulting in detailed nudity for some time. Also, there is a detailed nude shot of a girl in the opening. There are some panty shots and some of the characters run around in their baithing suits.
